Scott A. Kindsvater is a United States Air Force lieutenant general currently serving as the deputy chairman of the NATO Military Committee. Previously, he was the deputy chief of staff for operations and intelligence of the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe.[1][2][3][4]
