The 2006 Cork Intermediate Hurling Championship was the 97th staging of the Cork Intermediate Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1909.
On 10 September 2006, Ballymartle won the championship after a 1–23 to 1–19 defeat of Carrigaline in the final at Páirc Uí Chaoimh.[1] It remains their only championship title in the grade.
