Iliopsoas bursitis

Iliopsoas bursitis is inflammation of a bursa (synovial sac) lying between iliopsoas muscle and hip joint, lateral to femoral vessels.[1] Pain is experienced over the same area and made worse by extension of hip joint.[citation needed]
