Jack Jacobus Hart (born (1998-02-13)13 February 1998) is a South African rugby union player for the Golden Lions XV in the Rugby Challenge.[1] His regular position is scrum-half.[2]

In 2017, he was nominated as the Lions Under 19 Backline Player of the Year.[3]
