Mbutu Bridge is a bridge constructed in Tabora Region, Tanzania that will link Mbutu with Igunga.[1][2] Construction of the bridge was carried out by a Joint Venture company called Mbutu Bridge JV. The JV consisted of 11 local contractors, and the main contractors being Mac Contractors Ltd of Dares salaam , Milembe Contractors 0f Dar es salaam and Mayanga Contractors of Mwanza. The project entaile of 12m piles supports(56 nos) and a two span bridge of 21m each. The total enght of the bridge is 42m. 3km of approach roads to bitmen standard was also constructed.
