Phillip A. Stewart is a United States Air Force major general who served as the commander of the Nineteenth Air Force from 2022-2023. He was relieved from that position by Air Education and Training Command (AETC) commander Brian S. [1] He previously served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Employment of the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe from 2020 to 2022.[2][3][4][5][6]
