Margown County (Persian: شهرستان مارگون) is in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Margown.[3]

At the 2006 census, the region's population (as Margown District of Boyer-Ahmad County) was 23,019 in 4,431 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 20,937 people in 4,735 households.[5] At the 2016 census, there were 19,876 people in 4,923 households.[2] It was separated from Boyer-Ahmad County in October 2018 to become Margown County.[3]
