Epididymal cyst

CausesCongenital but manifests in adults.
Diagnostic methodBy clinical examination it appears as a mass which resembles a bunch of grapes. It may also be detected using a transillumination test, where a mass will appear as the 'Chinese Lantern' pattern.

Epididymal cyst

An epididymal cyst is a cyst of the epididymis containing serous fluid. They are difficult to differentiate from a spermatocele except by aspiration, since a spermatocele contains milky-appearing sperm.[1]
