Strilecha (Template:Lang-uk; Template:Lang-ru) is a village in Kharkiv Raion (district) in Kharkiv Oblast of Ukraine, at about 36.44 kilometres (22.64 mi) north-northeast (NNE) from the centre of Kharkiv City. The settlement belongs to Lyptsi rural hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine.
Strilecha is located at a distance of about 0.5 kilometres (0.31 mi) from the Russia–Ukraine border.[2][3]
Demographics
In 2001 the settlement had 2097 inhabitants. Native language as of the Ukrainian Census of 2001:[1]

A Russian milblogger claimed that artillery and occasional combat engagements occur near Strilecha (25km northeast of Kharkiv City) on the international border.

Additionally, Russian forces opened fired on a car on the road near the village of Strilecha, which is located on the Ukrainian-Russian border. According to the Interior Ministry, a man and a woman were killed, and an elderly man was injured.
