The Sejm Constituency no. 40 (Polish: Okręg wyborczy nr 40 do Sejmu Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej) is the parliamentary electoral district in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland, in which are elected 8 members of the Sejm. Its seat is located in the city of Koszalin. It consists of the city county of Koszalin, and the land counties of Białogard, Choszczno, Drawsko, Kołobrzeg, Koszalin, Sławno, Szczecinek, Świdwin, and Wałcz.[1] It was established in 2001. Until 2011, the district elected 13 members of Sejm.[2]
