Doymenj

Doymenj (Template:Lang-az) or doymaj (Template:Lang-az) is a snack food of Azerbaijan, made of crushed cherries with herbs and salt. It is common in the northwestern zone of Azerbaijan (Gabala, Shaki, etc.).
