San Nicolás de las Flores is part of Jalostotitlán, Jalisco, Mexico. San Nicolás is located at 21°17′26″N 102°33′05″W / 21.29056°N 102.55139°W / 21.29056; -102.55139 and sits at an altitude of 1,670 meters (5,480 ft) above sea level. The population was 291 at the 2000 census.
The main activities in the municipality are agriculture, cattle-farming, and the services industry.
