Mlječanica is a spa located in Kozarska Dubica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is a center for physiatrics, health, and rehabilitation. The mineral water of Mlječanica can be used for drinking, bathing, and inhaling.

Patients come to Mlječanica after having brain strokes and hemiplegia. Others come due to rheumatic diseases (inflammation and degenerative, knuckle or out-knuckle rheumatism). Patients with gastrointestinal diseases, gynecological diseases, and post-traumatic and post-surgery conditions have stayed at the spa.

Mlječanica offers a wide variety of doctors. First, there is the doctor of medical science in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation.
