Adamów [aˈdamuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Radziejowice, within Żyrardów County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) north-east of Radziejowice, 10 km (6 mi) east of Żyrardów, and 38 km (24 mi) south-west of Warsaw.

The village has a population of 150.
