Gmina Charsznica is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Miechów County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Charsznica, which lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) north-west of Miechów and 39 km (24 mi) north of the regional capital Kraków.

The gmina covers an area of 78.28 square kilometres (30.2 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 7,796.
