Zaryszyn ([zaˈrɨʂɨn]; in old period, probably 600 years ago, was named Zalesie) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Książ Wielki, within Miechów County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) east of Książ Wielki, 19 km (12 mi) north-east of Miechów, and 50 km (31 mi) north-east of the regional capital Kraków.[1]

The village has an approximate population of 350.
