Kosierz [ˈkɔɕɛʂ] (formerly German Kossar) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dąbie, within Krosno Odrzańskie County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south of Dąbie, 11 km (7 mi) south-east of Krosno Odrzańskie, and 24 km (15 mi) west of Zielona Góra.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
