Lipnica [lipˈnit͡sa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dębowa Łąka, within Wąbrzeźno County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) south-west of Dębowa Łąka, 13 km (8 mi) south-east of Wąbrzeźno, and 34 km (21 mi) north-east of Toruń.

The village has a population of 390.
