Sterkowiec [stɛrˈkɔvjɛt͡s] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Brzesko, within Brzesko County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-east of Brzesko and 53 km (33 mi) east of the regional capital Kraków.[1]

The village has a population of 840.
