Starcz [start͡ʂ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lutocin, within Żuromin County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) west of Żuromin and 126 km (78 mi) north-west of Warsaw.
