Stara Jastrząbka [ˈstara jasˈtʂɔmpka] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Czarna, within Dębica County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) north-west of Dębica and 56 km (35 mi) west of the regional capital Rzeszów.[1]

The village has a population of 1,600.
