Proszkowice [prɔʂkɔˈvit͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Mietków, within Wrocław County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south-east of Mietków and 32 km (20 mi) south-west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The village has an approximate population of 250.
