Machin Nunatak is a small domed nunatak lying 7 nautical miles (13 km) east of Mount Cresswell in the southern Prince Charles Mountains of Antarctica. It was mapped from 1956–60 air photos and surveys by the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions, and was named by the Antarctic Names Committee of Australia for Douglas K. Machin, a radio officer at Mawson Station in 1960.[1]
