Smith Nunatak is a nunatak just southeast of Mount Starlight in the Athos Range, Prince Charles Mountains. The nunatak is marked by a moraine which extends 2 nautical miles (3.7 km) north from it. Plotted from ANARE (Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions) air photos of 1965. Named by Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) for J.C. Smith, diesel mechanic at Wilkes Station in 1960.
