Steven J. Willis is the South Dakota Constitution Party Chairman. He was candidate for Governor of South Dakota in the 2006 election on the Constitution Party ticket, receiving 4,006 votes for 1.2% of the total.[1] He has served in the United States Navy, holds a master's degree, is a licensed preacher, and owns a small business.
