Nadstaw [ˈnatstaf] (German: Grünweiler) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Jutrosin, within Rawicz County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) east of Jutrosin, 25 km (16 mi) east of Rawicz, and 87 km (54 mi) south of the regional capital Poznań.

The village has a population of 100.
