Diacinto (or Giacinto) Cestoni (May 13, 1637 – January 29, 1718) was an Italian naturalist.

Born in Montegiorgio, he was self-taught. He lived and worked at Livorno where he led a pharmacy shop next to the port. He studied fleas and algae, and showed that scabies is provoked by Sarcoptes scabiei.
