José María Covarrubias (c.1809 – April 1, 1870) was a United States politician. He was the delegate to California Constitutional Convention for the San Luis Obispo district in 1849 and member of the California State Assembly from 1849–1862 representing the Santa Barbara, 3rd and 2nd districts.[1]
