Megalocottus is a genus of sculpins native to the western Pacific Ocean.

There are currently two recognized species in this genus:[1]
- Megalocottus platycephalus T .N. Gill, 1861 (Belligerent sculpin)
- Megalocottus taeniopterus Kner, 1868 (Southern flathead sculpin)
