The 2010 Cork Junior Hurling Championship was the 114th staging of the Cork Junior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1895. The championship began on 10 September 2010 and ended on 31 October 2010.

On 31 October 2010, Meelin won the championship following a 1-19 to 2-9 defeat of Cloughduv in the final.[1] This was their first championship title in the grade.
