The 2017 Cork Intermediate Hurling Championship was the 108th staging of the Cork Intermediate Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1909. The draw for the opening rounds took place on 11 December 2016. The championship began on 28 April 2017 and ended on 28 October 2017.

On 28 October 2017, Aghada won the championship following a 0-16 to 0-9 defeat of Éire Óg in the final.[1] This was their first championship title in the grade.

A total of 27 teams contested the Intermediate Championship, including 26 teams from the 2016 intermediate championship and one promoted from the 2016 junior championship.
