McVince Alleza "Vince" Rooi (born December 13, 1981 in Amsterdam) is a Dutch baseball player who currently plays for Amsterdam Pirates and the Dutch national team. Rooi played for the Netherlands in the 2009 World Baseball Classic.

Baseball career

Rooi played in the Minor Leagues in the Montreal Expos and Pittsburgh Pirates organizations from 1999 to 2006.[1] In 2007, he signed with the Kinheim club and played there from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, Rooi signed with the Amsterdam Pirates.
