The Norwegian Graphical Union (Norsk Grafisk Forbund) was established in 1967 as an amalgamation of The Norwegian Typographic Union (Norsk Typografforbund) (Est. 1882), The Norwegian Bookbinders- and Packaging Workers Union (Norsk Bokbinder- og Kartonasjearbeiderforbund) (Est. 1898) and The Norwegian Litographers- and Block makers Union (Norsk Litograf- og Kjemigrafforbund) (Est. 1901).

Joined the United Federation of Trade Unions (Fellesforbundet) in 2006.

Published the magazine Norsk Grafia 1967 - 2005.
