Kuo Lin-Yung (Chinese: 郭林勇; pinyin: Kuo Linyung; born November 20, 1946 Yuanlin, Changhua County, Taiwan, the Republic of China), is a Taiwanese politician, two-term legislator, former President of the Taiwan Bar Association, and former Vice-Minister of Justice.

In 2007, Business Weekly magazine named him one of the top legislators in Taiwan. In 2008, he retired from politics and is now a practicing lawyer in Taichung, Taiwan.[1]
