Donna Stroud

Donna S. Stroud (born 1964) is an American lawyer and jurist who was elected to the North Carolina Court of Appeals in the November 2006 general election. From 2004 through the end of 2006, Stroud served as a state district court judge. Her bachelor's and law degrees are from Campbell University and its Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law.
