Black Pill Red Pill is a record label created by ZooG and DestroyX of the band Angelspit, which will be used to release their music, art and other releases. It was first announced on 23 March 2009.

The label has released three of Angelspit's albums: Black Kingdom Red Kingdom, a remix album of Blood Death Ivory; the group's latest studio album, Hideous and Perfect; and Larva Pupa Tank Coffin, a remix album of Hideous and Perfect which includes four new tracks as well as remixes by Angelspit and other artists.
