Régis Koundjia

Régis Junior Koundjia-Sindo (born 8 November 1983) is a former college basketball player with the LSU Tigers and George Washington University Colonials from 2003-2007. From the Central African Republic, Koundjia played with his national team in the FIBA Africa Championship 2005, 2007 and 2009. Now plays for the professional basketball team the Vermont Frost Heaves in the Premier Basketball League.

Personal

Koundjia's father, a Central African Republic diplomat, was killed by poisoning in 1991.[1] Koundjia majored in sociology at GWU.[2]
