Scissurella rota is a species of minute sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk or micromollusk in the family Scissurellidae, the little slit snails.[1][2]

Description

The size of the shell varies between 1.3 mm and 1.9 mm.

Distribution

This marine species occurs in the Red Sea and off the East Cape Province, South Africa.
