Vitálico Cándido Coheto Martínez is a Mexican politician. He is a member of the Chamber of Deputies, representing Oaxaca, and currently presides over the Chamber's Commission on Indigenous Affairs. He belongs to the Institutional Revolutionary Party.[1]
