Szyleny [ʂɨˈlɛnɨ] (German: Schillgehnen)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Braniewo, within Braniewo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[2] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Braniewo and 75 km (47 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.

The village has a population of 87.
