Moses Najara II

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by 178.208.202.227 (talk) at 11:52, 2 June 2019 (He may have lived in what was then known as Palestine; however he had absolutely nothing to do with the modern Palestinian people; therefore calling him a Palestinian poet, coupled with the use of the modern-day Palestinian flag is deceptive. So I changed "Palestinian" to "Jewish", which is an accurate description of him.). Moses Najara II was a Jewish poet, son of Israel Najara, whom he succeeded as rabbi of Gaza. His poetry is praised by his contemporaries, but none of his poems is now extant.
