Pegun Island (Indonesian: Pulau Pegun), also known as Mapia, is an Indonesian island in the Pacific Ocean. It is the southernmost island of Mapia Atoll, and one of two main islands in the atoll, the other being Bras Island.

Pegun Island, along with the rest of the atoll, is located in Supiori Regency of Papua province.
