Hype TV (commonly stylized as HYPE! TV) is both a nationally and globally broadcast entertainment network. Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Kingston, Jamaica, Hype TV has stood as the first 24 hour music driven entertainment channel in the Caribbean.[1]

Compared frequently by the likes of NPR and others to “Jamaica's version of MTV,”[2][3][4] Hype TV highlights various upcoming and established musicians, lifestyles, events, and popular culture vogues prevailing in the Caribbean and global community.[5]
