Afrocyclops gibsoni is a species of copepod in the family Cyclopidae. Three subspecies have been identified:[1]
- Afrocyclops gibsoni abbreviatus Kiefer, 1933
- Afrocyclops gibsoni doryphorus (Kiefer, 1935)
- Afrocyclops gibsoni ondoensis (Kiefer, 1952)
