The Cabinet Kretschmann II is the government of the German state of Baden-Württemberg which has been in office since 12 May 2016, following the 2016 Baden-Württemberg state elections. Succeeding the Cabinet Kretschmann I, the Cabinet is headed by Prime Minister Winfried Kretschmann again and is formed by a coalition of the Green Party and the Christian Democrats. It is the first state-level government of the two parties to be headed by a member of the Green Party in German history.

Five cabinet members are from the CDU and seven cabinet positions as well as the office of State Ministry of Baden-Württemberg are held by members of the Green Party. Kretschmann was elected Minister President on 12 May 2016. The officials were sworn into office on the same day.

Cabinet members hold the office of Ministers of their respective portfolio, except where this is specified otherwise.
