Vahagn Khachatryan (Armenian: Վահագն Խաչատրյան; born July 26, 1959 in Sisian)[1] is an Armenian politician. He served as Mayor of Yerevan from 1992 to 1996.[2]
He is a member of the Armenian National Congress and will top the ANC list for the 2013 Yerevan City Council election.[3]
