Xie Shiguang (謝士光) was a bishop of People's Republic of China's underground Roman Catholic Church. Xie was first arrested in 1955 because of his loyalty and obedience to the Pope, and was jailed again from 1958–1980, from 1984–1987 and finally from 1990–1992; spending 28 years in prison. He became a bishop in 1984.

Xie died from leukaemia on 25 August 2005 at the age of 88.
