Skeletophyllon dictyograpta is a moth in the family Cossidae. It was described by Roepke in 1957. It is found on Borneo and Java.[1] The habitat consists of lowland mangrove forests, swamp forests and dry heath forests.

The ground colour of the forewings is pale grey with blackish-brown reticulations and a dark area on the dorsum, as well as a submarginal row of square striae.[2]
