The Douglas Borough Council is the local elected authority for the capital city of the Isle of Man, the town of Douglas, and one of the 17 parishes that run local services on the Isle (however, it is the only authority with the "Borough" status).[1] It is the largest local authority, with 18 elected councillors representing the Borough.
