Zachary Christian "Zack" Walz (born February 3, 1976) is a former professional American football linebacker in the National Football League. He played four seasons for the Arizona Cardinals (1998–2001). He attended Saint Francis High School in Mountain View, California and Dartmouth College. He currently resides in Arizona. Walz had a good relationship with Cardinals teammate and future army member Pat Tillman. It was said that they roomed together their rookie year. One day Walz didn't bring in donuts to training camp like he was supposed to. Because of this the veteran players duck taped him to a goal post. Tilman saw this, grabbed scissors, walked outside, and despite being told not to, cut Walz down.[1]
